"We first met Patz McMillan almost 5 years ago when my husband and I decided to take the plunge and enter the housing market here in Vancouver. With me being a "fly by the seat of my pants" type of buyer and my husband's tendency to ask every question under the sun, I am certain that we put Patz through the paces when we first started looking. This past summer my husband and I decided to take another leap and find a home with more room for our growing family. Of course the first thing we did was phone Patz! Our house sold within 3 weeks of putting it on the market. Patz was personally in attendance for every showing of our home (at last count we had at least one showing per day, sometimes up to four). Patz also met us at every house we were interested in, followed up with the other agents and kept us in the loop at every stage. We are now settled in our new home, the perfect home for our family!
