I have had the great fortune to have seen a lot of Canada earlier in my life.
I moved to B.C. in 1986, and knew that this was going to be my
permanent home. Vancouver is a wonderful place to live and work. I have
come to appreciate all the advantages of West Coast Living from the
mountains to the ocean, and our diverse and multicultural city which
offers so many things that can only be found here.
I have lived in many of the local areas including Burnaby, East
Vancouver, South Vancouver and currently live in Vancouver's West End. I
continue to expand my knowledge on a daily basis with my work. My
clients will benefit from my experience and area specific information
that I can provide.
My personality type is well suited to my choice of a career in the real
estate business. I find that my love for helping others is a great
asset in my
personal and professional life. My energy and drive provides the
tools I need to do the best job possible for my clients. I endeavour to provide them with all the information they need to give them confidence during the buying and/or selling process
I am committed to continually updating my education including changes
in legislation, regulations and new financing. I do this by:
attending courses provided by the Real Estate Council of British
Columbia, attending monthly meetings, and increasing my knowledge
through my network of business associates.
My attention to details will ensure that all the
steps are covered. I will explain the process to you along the way so
you are fully informed. If you have any questions, I will do everything I can to find the answers. I love what I do for a living and this will become
very evident as we embark on this process together.

Anne Povey
I have had the fortunate opportunity to have traveled around Canada for many years. However, the location that has always captured my heart is Vancouver, the city to which I migrated in 2001. I live and work in the West End of Vancouver, which allows me to have all of the most wonderful parts of the fabulous city just moments away at any given time!
Having spent all of my working life in sales of some sort (20+ years to be more specific), I found my way to my current career in real estate. Real estate has allowed me to use all of my past experience in sales and negotiating. I also appreciate the opportunity to grow personally, along with my clients, as we work together to achieve their real estate needs and desires!
I love my work and enjoy the challenges that it brings. It is particularly rewarding to be working with a fabulous real estate team! Knowing that collectively we can serve our clients even better than before, makes the experience for all participants even more enjoyable!
When I’m not working at finding you the right home, I spend lots of time taking my dog, Clifford, for hikes. I am looking into getting involved with human interest organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity, as well as pursuing my love of kids by volunteering for childrens’ organizations.
While I enjoy my downtime, finding the perfect home or investment property for all of my clients is my priority, and I look forward to working with you in the future.
